One congressman is spearheading an effort to help undocumented immigrants avoid deportation with what some are calling a “get out of deportation” free card.
Rep. Luis Gutiérrez (D-Ill.) and other House Democrats have created the Family Defender Toolkit, an informational pamphlet that includes an “emergency card” that lists the reasons why a person should not be deported.
“By using this card after you’ve been arrested or detained, you can explain that under the policy in place today, you should be released because you are not a priority for deportation,” said Rep. Gutiérrez in an introductory video. …

This scum is a traitor and in violation of his oath of office. He needs to be impeached and charged.
In this instance, the sovereignty of our country, they are completely out in the open and defiantly belligerent in their intentions.
They routinely ignore and flout our laws - the capos in our government say Obama’s word is above law in fact, attesting that fact before Congress recently.
You cannot use rule of law and procedure to make them do something of which they are already responsible for enforcing. Not that way.

When I was in a convenience store in Mexico my host pointed to a free publication in a stand near the door. It contained a comic book telling the reader everything they needed to do to cross the US border including necessary things to take and what to do when you got there. It was produced and distributed by an agency of the Mexican government. It was in comic book format, my host said, because many of the illegals could not read even Spanish.
Treason seems to be the norm today when it comes to our politicians. 70 years ago they would have all been executed. How do you like the recent news that Obama knew about the defection of Bowe Bergdahl to the enemy but released 5 Taliban in exchange for him anyway? That is a clear cut case of high treason right there. Trading 5 enemy combatants for an enemy combatant. In other words a scam designed solely to help the enemy. TREASON
Didn’t a judge slap an injection on Obama’s illegal order? Why are taxpayers dollars being spent on implementing it?

Every time Gutiérrez comes on I switch my channel, same with Jorge Ramos (though Ramos didn’t take an oath to protect and defend our Constitution).
Just curious, for you legal eagles out there - will this help the States’ case against Obummer in Texas and/or the 5th circuit Court (hearing today)?
