Hillary Clinton’s now-famous Scooby Doo van made an appearance in Council Bluffs, Iowa on Thursday for a closed-door meeting with state Democratic Party officials – and it idled in a handicapped parking space from beginning to end.

Footage broadcast by KETV-7 in the nearby city of Omaha, Nebraska, showed the presidential nominee emerging from a cafe, greeting onlookers and walking past the blue handicapped-parking sign to climb into the vehicle.

Secret Service agents are technically federal law enforcement officers, so there was no chance of a parking ticket, even if Scooby had been left unattended.

They aren’t technically federal law enforcement agents, they ARE. And second point, federal agents have no immunity from state and local traffic laws. They generally have LESS leeway than state and local officers when it comes to that.

I’m already getting pretty tired of the van being referred to, all cutesy like, as “Scooby Doo”. It’s anything BUT Scooby Doo! That black thing is prolly all tricked out with heavy armor and the agents running with it prolly have a minigun mounted in the look alike van. If anything, that van is more like something a rich Muslim pedophile would use to abduct little boys with.

I had been to that house before but, SS had the parking rearranged so we had to walk from the bottom of the hill to get in.

His vehicles were all set for a quick getaway.

Usually, we just parked along the street but, not that day.

There are reports that she took an airplane (no first class) back to NJ.

Perhaps the van and trip did not generate the support she had hoped. Or perhaps she experienced some health issues or found the trip too exhausting. Per some comments, the van trip was to continue on to Denver.
