I don’t know what the answer is, either. Well, one answer is to get the federal government out of education. They shouldn’t be able to use federal money to coerce state and local governments into doing things.

I agree.

Taxes raised for education should remain in-state, preferably in the region where they were collected.

I don’t agree with eduction dollars going to Washington and it being able to dole out funds as it sees fit, particularly with it’s ass-hat education edicts.
