If Brakey’s bill passes and is signed into law, Maine would join Alaska, Arizona, Kansas, Vermont, and Wyoming in abolishing concealed carry permit requirements in their states. They would also join Montana, which only requires a concealed carry permit inside city limits.

So, how big is the "IF"? Odd that something that is guaranteed not to be infringed upon in the Bill of Rights has been subverted in to requiring a govt permission slip to excercise. Carry on. Blessed Easter to all.

Now if I could just get some of the sledge-a-lators here in NV to act on it. Sheesh people. What does it take to understand? Have a great Easter.

Now only permission required...payment is required (not only for the class [which one should take for their OWN sake, but I digress], but for the ‘permit’, the FFL transfer fees, etc. etc. etc.).

Maybe, we should pass a law to tie abortion, voting and the 2nd Amendment: permission required, waiting period required, ID required and a fee to utilize.

Why, if it’s not good for the other two (poll tax, etc.) then why is is the pretzel logic OK, for the 2nd?
