When I had TB, I was locked in the TB Ward at Milwaukee General Hospital. Took them 9 months to figure it was atypical, non-contagious, and probably contracted whilst gardening.

What we need is a felony charge and an old-fashioned indictment.

They are immune. We had this debate in 1973 when Nixon got into trouble.
The President is different from any and all other citizens. He can't be indicted by the criminal justice system unless he is removed from office by resignation or the impeachment process.
This is why the Watergate grand jury named Nixon as an unindicted co-conspirator, rather than indict him.
