Today is the tenth anniversary of Terri Schaivo's death after a 13 day process of killing by starvation.
At 5 pm today a Memorial Mass will be celebrated in memory of Terri by Philadelphia Archbishop Charles Chaput at the Chapel of the Cathedral Basilica of Saints Peter and Paul in Philadelphia.
The 2015 Life and Hope Award Gala will occur at 7:15 pm at the Union League of Philadelphia, 140 South Broad Street. The keynote speaker will be Glenn Beck, who invested much time and effort on behalf of Terri and in support of her family. Glenn spoke at a memorial service shortly after her death ten years ago.
The Gala and Mass are part of Terri's Day 2015, an "International Day of Prayer and Remembrance for Terri Schindler Schiavo and All of Our Vulnerable Brothers and Sisters".

For those who it matters, this is one of Jeb Bush’s albatrosses. When he had the power and the means to save her, he did the “courageous” thing and punted.
When old Jeb released his emails, did we see any on this?
I propose that the next execution in the US be accomplished by the same means that allowed Terri to “die with dignity”—Starvation/Dehydration.
If it’s so humane, I’m sure the bleeding-hearts will have no problem with it.
