Can any one make a plausible connection between institutional power and a mental attitude? A solitary white man walking the south side of Chicago at midnight experiences the force of power. Is that racism? How can it be anything else?

If blacks want to claim they can’t be racist then I’m not going to argue semantics with them. But they can be, and many are, hate-filled bigots so where’s the real difference?
The question “Can blacks be racist?” is no longer even mildly provocative. Can, and are, to a much greater extent than just about any other identifiable group.
That is a very stupid question. They are much more racist and color-conscious than any other ethnic group, including whites, asians, and hispanics.

I think reverse racism is now as big a problem in America, as racism is.
Sure there is racism, but there is also reverse racism. I believe the reverse racism is now as big, or even bigger factor in America.
I believe it is now time to shut up about this issue. And the government needs to remove all racial language, from every law on the books.
All of it.
Both sides need to just shut the heck up, and get on with solving real issues, like returning jobs to America.

That is faulty reasoning. The subset of black workers is much smaller than the subset of non-black workers, so the higher percentage of public employment of blacks does not translate to a (relative) majority of blacks in absolute numbers.
Is there a Congressional WHITE Caucus? Then the Congress IS Racist.
