The House and Senate have basically given their power to the Executive and Judicial branch. They are what Clinton said he was not, irrelevant. I don’t like it that way, but it is true. The right man in the Presidency can do more to return balance than any other in politics. Walker is a great pick, I think Cruz is a superior one.
