Tsarnaev, 21, is charged with killing three and injuring 264 w/ homemade bombs on April 15, 2013, and fatally shooting an MIT police officer three days later. A State Trooper described frantic calls made early on April 19, 2013, when the brothers began tossing homemade bombs at police......just hours after an officer's fatally shooting The unexploded bombs were filled with explosive powder and lined with metal BB gun pellets....described as an “improvised grenade”. The gunfight ended when Dzhokhar hopped into a black Mercedes and aimed it at three police office trying to arrest Tamerlan. The quick-thinking officers hopped out of the way but Dzhokhar ran straight over his brother....Tamerlan was briefly caught up in the vehicle’s wheels and was dragged to his death by his brother.

The Chechneyan students apparently knew innocuous looking items were used in bomb-making....they took the bomb-making evidence from the Dzohkar brothers' apartment in an attempt to protect the bomber brothers from prosecution.

But state welfare officials were forced to come clean b/c the info is available to lawmakers. State Rep David Linsky called on the Mass Dept of Transitional Assistance to provide the info..... issuing an ultimatum, giving them 24 hours to provide the info.

BOSTON — State lawmakers have launched an investigation into whether the suspects in the Boston bombings improperly received public benefits. The House Committee on Post Audit and Oversight is reviewing hundreds of documents collected from state agencies that may have provided benefits to the suspects or their families since 2002.
Sources who have seen the 500 pages of documents sent to the House Committee on Post Audit and Oversight told News Center 5 that the entire Tsarnaev family, including:
(1) the two bombing suspects' parents (mother absconded--wanted for shoplifting),
(2) the two suspects themselves,
(3) their trouble-making sisters (one arrested for bomb threats),
(4) the widow of the suspect killed, and,
(5) their child.
Could also include benefits for their Chechen "student" pals who tampered w/ bombing evidence (one is now in jail, the other going to trial).

NTL REVIEW/BY DAVID HANSON----The Tsarnaev brothers offer us a teachable moment about what has become near-suicidal US immigration policies. The sap-happy government cannot assure the public that it is now enforcing immigration laws already on the books,
(1) that foreign nationals must at least avoid criminal activity,
(2) that foreigners must stay off public assistance,
(3) that the US govt is disinclined to grant "asylum" (means a free ride on the US gravy train and endless SS payments) to “fearful refugees” from war-torn Islamic regions,
(4) on-the-book govt mandates that force struggling taxpayers to foot the bill for the refugees to go back and forth between America and their supposedly hostile homelands on the taxpayers' dime.
Reagan allowed the first amnesty and gutted the Border Patrol. Hate to have to say this, but the last President to take border security seriously was Carter.
If we are engaging in our fantasies.....
I think he should have been taken alive and water boarded until he gave up the name of every accomplice and sympathizer he knew!

It’s not just those getting amnesty, it’s all the immigrants he is transporting from terror-infested countries from the Middle East, Africa, Haiti and so on...some 125 countries pouring over the porous Mexican border. Obama tied the hands of Border Patrol and ICE. He opened our borders and refuses to vet those who get through.
Moreover, the Obama administration hand-selected neighborhoods that would take illegal immigrants, most noticeably this past summer when he flew them all over the country and wouldn’t tell anyone where they were. They were not only children, there were many adults.
His factotum---Cabinet Secy Cecilia Munoz, is tied to LaRaza and it is LaRaza and other radical open borders groups who are behind forcing illegal immigrants onto neighborhoods and then treating them like a protected class. A HUD rule passed in July 2013 was reversed by a U.S. District Court...Obama's plan to develop “receiving communities.”

I think it was a very big mistake to compromise on that.
One thing you have to hand to the Libs is that they seem to be much better at the long game than Conservatives. Things like Amnesty and Motor Voter were always all about tipping the demographic balance of the country. The Libs knew it; the Conservatives pretended otherwise. Plus Republicans always seem to fold and Libs rarely do.
And Ike was no slouch in the area of incompetence and cuddling up to the Communists. Ike was a statist from the get go.
There should be a charge for attempted murder for trying to run over cops. And a cruelty to animals charge for running over his brother.
Does Dhokar have to give his 72 virgins over to his brother in jihadi ‘paradise’?
and this was the guy that they shut down the entire city of Boston to catch?
And what of the Saudi that Moochelle visited in the hospital after the bombings? Totally off the radar now.....
