The IRS is unable to answer most taxpayers calls this year because its had to put money into getting up and running for Obamacare, agency Commissioner John Koskinen told Congress on Wednesday.
Mr. Koskinen said his agency has had to shift tens of millions of dollars from customer service over to build the computer systems and get ready to handle questions this year about Obamacare and the laws tax penalty, which kicks in for the first time this year.

Good. Then let us immediately employ liberal logic and defund the EPA.
And I bet they still do not have any idea how the damn thing works. Mistakes will be in the millions of stupid regulations and requirement that this year is a total loss.
And abolish the thug IRS, as well.
I’m surprised they’re not blaming the taxpayers...
They have my sympathy. You know where to find that in the dictionary, don’t you....?

I guess this came as a surprise to the IRS. It’s not like anyone told them what to expect this year! Hope their restrooms never get changed or they’d be out of luck. Guess the stairwells would serve.....
I bet that jerk commissioner made the statement with all sincerity and a straight face.....
Customers? Wrong. Victims is more like it.
Let me see if I have this right: Obama thugs can't seem to manage this mess called ObamaCare after 4 years of trying, while, on the other hand, they see no problems processing 10+ million illegal immigrants under Obama's recent amnesty so-called executive actions.
Yeah, right. What a bunch of liars and idiots.
Koskinen is a total joke and blatant liar. You have to question everything he says. He fits right in with this Administration.
