WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Representative John Boehner, the top Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives, plans to announce a new investigation this week into Hillary Clinton’s use of email when she led the State Department, ABC News reported on Sunday.
ABC's "This Week" program said top Republicans had briefed it about Boehner's plans, but did not give details.
Clinton, expected to launch her campaign soon for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016, has faced a storm of criticism over her email habits. She used a personal email address instead of a government one, as well as a personal server, during the period she was secretary of state from 2009 to 2013.

Boehner has to come out with a statement and plan to go after Hillary. Immediately after his upcoming statement, to get to the bottom of Hillary’s emails, he will lock himself in his office and hide under his desk. Nothing will happen. He has been compromised.
Herself, Madame Benghazi, the Cold & Joyless, is a congenital liar, and cannot be trusted in the smallest of responsibilities.
Herself just tells the lies reflexively, without even a moment’s hesitation. Even when the truth might serve vastly better.
However much Herself may have hated Richard Nixon, it is all the more amazing that in the later years, Herself has become to resemble the straw man made out of Nixon. Nixon at least had the grace to resign when presented with the mounting evidence that he was involved in duplicity.
And in retrospect, that degree of duplicity was FAR less than we now see exhibited by Herself.
The Universe is a remorseless and unforgiving place.
You can’t subpoena an object. You could subpoena the administrator, but not the server itself.
So if my car is involved in a hit and run crime, the police cannot take it out of my garage and use it as evidence?
Probably just helping his media friends push the latest “All Republicans do is investigate” line. I’ve noticed it surfacing on nearly all fronts.
How about the House simultaneously subpoenaing the GSA for complete info, with a demand to produce any GSA servers that Hillary has been using, and both Bill and Hillary Clinton with a demand to produce any and all servers they claim to own, along with complete purchase and maintenance records?
Hillary initially claimed the e-mail server was part of Bill’s ex-Presidential office. “Unnamed Clinton insiders” now claim Bill “paid out of pocket” for the server, but offer no proof. If so, let’s see exactly when was that payment made and to whom. Last week?
News of a penile transplant yesterday offers hope the Sen GOP leadership can stop whining and holding itself where its manhood used to be, after OSTRUCTING THE BUBBA IMPEACHMENT.

Maybe...the Left realizes Hillary really does have exposure on this email thing, and they’ve enlisted Boehner to run interference (and clamp a lid on it) for them.
Or ...Boehner went to the Dems and offered to do it because he wants Democrat Yes votes on something later down the road.
Or...
