The big negotiation here is getting Thighness to go under oath. She’s above that... unless jail time starts looking at her.

Just bring her up on charges based on the federal rules regarding email usage.

Keep it simple. If she violated them, what’s the punishment? Now, go after Benghazi as a conspiracy to cover up evidence. If she pleads ignorance, then just ask her plainly if she is incompetent or complicit. If she blames Republicans, plainly state that America will not once again have a President who blames everything on other people and doesn’t take responsibility.

Start fighting and stop playing with mittens on.
