The 2nd Amendment is expressly about a militia.
Need cites to cases with Bork’s opinions on this.
The Amendments are exclusively directed toward individuals. Bork chose to find the RKBA a “group right,” disqualifying him from the high court.
You can find plenty of Bork opinions yourself.
When you’ve got sites or quotes from actual case opinions or publications by Bork to back up your argument, let me know. His opinions will have been based on careful, good-faith constitutional-based reasoning, something the Court has long-since abandoned. If he ruled as you say, he will have explained very carefully why the Constitution is meant to mean that. If it’s a subject has written about outside of a court case, he also will have done the same thing.
I hope you help yourself.
Bork’s views on the RKBA are well know.
I can’t imagine why anyone would ignore this high court disqualification unless they agree with him.
