They’re just doing what the Obama / WH told them to do. They don’t expect them to show up in court.

18 in Sacramento and Yolo counties? That’s like, what, 10%? If I was a betting man, I would say there are at least 180, if not more illegal alien felons in those counties. And that’s being generous!

The head of DHS made a big point about the 2000 illegal alien thugs rounded up, and then she went on to say that they deport 100,000 criminal illegals every year, so in effect, she was crowing about picking up an average week’s worth of criminal illegal aliens to make it sound like they were really on the ball.
Don’t listen to anything this criminal administration says without a jaundiced ear.
They gave them drivers’ licenses, social security numbers, registered them to vote, gave them public defenders at taxpayer expense, and told them to show up at their arraignment hearings in 5 years.
Each of them, with the aid of a tax payer supplied interpreter, were immediately given DHS employment applications.
Would not have to arrest them in Sacramento if you would stop them in the RIVER.

BP’s hands are tied by DHS orders from Fedzilla.
The States must get the balls to do it themselves.
Texas is spending a lot of Texas money on doing just that but problem is we are not doing it right. After catching them, we then turn them over to BP who then do what?

Put them in detention cells to be released at a later date. BP boots and direct report leaders I know are fed up with the orders they have to carry out.
