...the just-released police plan would force local law enforcement agencies to follow federally set standards in return for receiving federal tax dollars. This coercion has to end. States have become like crack addicts for federal bucks.

He wants his “Brown Shirts” and will get them one way or another. There are Federal, State, County and local laws. Odumbo needs to keep his hands off any thing to do with states and leave those up to individual states. It starts with one small step and eventually, we will have a “gestapo” gubmint law enforcement.
Funding the law enforcement departments will be akin to handing out welfare, once given you can’t take it back.
Numerous cities and counties have already be “given” armored personnel carriers and such type vehicles for their “storm tropper” use again US, WE, the People.
