Because it is the day before Purim, observant Israelis will be fasting while he is speaking. It is called the Fast of Esther, detailed in the book of Esther. It was for much the same reason, that Esther receive favor from “the King.” The “King” in the book of Esther is understood to be a coded reference to the King of the universe, not the Persian King.
Esther found favor with the King. May the man named “Netanyahu” receive that same favor, as a “gift” from the King.
We declare the protection of Psalm 91 over Netanyahu, his family, and the Israeli delegation that is traveling with him.

If Bibi gives a similar speech to the one he gave at the UN recently he will hit it out of the park.
