would not this “as reported” condition of Breitbart include both?
If Breitbart were having an adult beverage there would be flushing but on the other hand what accounts for the white band across his forehead? that to me it would appear to be a lack of pressure (if someone slipped him a mickey & that is known to be done.
In any case here there is skin around this man’s forehead and it is white that would mean exactly what you are saying about constriction of blood vessels & lack the flow of blood-from the neck to the head.

i was watching some crime show on tv lately and within the plot line discovery produced evidence and information leading to a death by alcohol and certain types of blood pressure medication(s) in combination that have consequences.
It’s possible someone added medication to his drink. It’s also possible he was on medication and should not have been drinking. I have a whole bunch of meds to take daily and 2 of them say, “no alcohol.” Even one drink could be fatal.
There is dispute over whether Breitbart had a heart condition and if so, did he know about it. The autopsy indicated he had an enlarged heart. He may or may not have known about it, and while some close associates claim he was healthy, they may not have known. If he knew he had a heart problem, he might not have shared it with those close to him.
I don’t know what really happened and neither does anyone else. I’m just saying that it’s very possible Breitbart died from natural causes.

I would rule out his own carelessness and the enlarged heart.
Yes, he may have had an enlarged heart but when the death of the ass’t. me or some such person who was present kicked the bucket that’s when the bells started ringing as to
untold truth and truth to be told at a later date- i don’t think we will ever know but when the ME keeled .........that’s NOT good just sloppy work by those who cannot be named.
We will never know the truth, but I know One who does and if Breitbart was murdered, He will deal with the perpetrators at the appropriate time.
