Even if there was some truth to these numbers which recently exited Obozo’s butt, a proper analysis of the relevant demographics would make a mockery of his claim, in a way similar to what happens with gun crime statistics. That being if you remove blacks and Hispanics from the mix gun crime in the United States is lower than it is in the socialist paradises of Europe. That’s not racist it’s simply a fact.
I suspect that if you break down statistics for sexual assaults by things like age location ethnicity you would find that the crimes are fairly concentrated regardless of what the actual ratio is. regardless of where sexual assaults may be grouped demographically, the risk in the general adult female population is lower.
