Busted - Every Sharpton business known has been dissolved for failure to comply with tax rules.
National Review Online ^ | February 2, 2015 | Jillian Kay Melchior

So far, every for-profit enterprise started by Al Sharpton and known to National Review Online has been shut down in at least one jurisdiction for failure to pay taxes, a review of public records in New York and Delaware reveals.

Records show that Sharpton’s beleaguered for-profit entities often overlap and intertwine, some sharing ties with the reverend’s nonprofit organization, National Action Network. Their financial records are copious, confusing, and sometimes outright bizarre, and together, they depict persistent financial woes for Sharpton, who also personally owes New York State nearly $596,000, according to active tax warrants.

“He clearly appears — based on the information that’s available to us — to have a history of noncompliance with tax obligations,” says Bernadette Schopfer, the director of taxation at New York’s Maier Markey & Justic, a certified public-accounting firm that has had no dealings with Sharpton or National Action Network. “It appears that [Sharpton] does not file [taxes for his businesses], and then opens up something else. At all the entities we see he has opened up, he has not been compliant with the obligations of the owner of a business.

We'll have to wait another two years when there isn't a Negro running the DOJ.

If the various tax authorities treated Al Sharpton the same way they treat a beleaguered businessman who's merely trying to eke out a meager profit in the financial jungle, Big Al would become a fiscal conservative literally overnight...and a pretty loud one, at that.

And I'm not sure anybody in government wants anything like that to happen. So they'll let Big Al slide on his obligations. Doing otherwise might tend to call additional unwanted attention to just how ham-fisted the tax authorities can be with taxpayers.

Just imagine if we’re lucky enough to get a real POTUS in 2016; and this dirt bag is held to account at the bar of justice.

Just doing my part to end political correctness. PC will not end until we start using language the way it was before the age of PC - like when words had meaning.

“He will never be prosecuted. He has protective pigmentation.”

He has a lot more than ‘protective pigmentation’.

He has the goods on several very powerful people.

Sharpton is a flim-flam man. For that matter, the whole black grievance movement is a flim-flam movement, kinda’ like a noisy, putrid bowel movement being sold to stupid Americans.
