I am afraid that we are well on the path to the United States becoming extinct, and the "North American Union" to be right around the proverbial corner.

My vantage point is not this or that pundit who sways each time the wind blows, but on God's word in holy Scripture.

Both the Book of Daniel and the Book of Revelation describe 10 Kingdoms in the last days.

After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth: it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. I considered the horns, and, behold, there came up among them another little horn, before whom there were three of the first horns plucked up by the roots: and, behold, in this horn were eyes like the eyes of man, and a mouth speaking great things. (Daniel 7:7–8)

And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast. These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast. (Revelation 17:12–13) This article by Terry James is one of the best I have seen on this subject. What I believe we have to come to terms with and realize is that events that are now transpiring, and have been occurring these last few years, are driving the world directly towards end times events.

How many of you, like I, have simply shook our heads in absolute incredulity at the lawlessness of Obama, the lack of response to his tyranny, and the absolute evil of our days? Abortion, homosexuality, rampant immorality, unbelievable fiscal irresponsibility, Muslim horror, and on and on. The reason for this insanity is (to my mind) found in this passage:

"For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms."

The ten kingdoms described by John and Daniel are most likely to be these (as described by Terry James):

The exact configuration that he, or any of us speculate, does not matter in the grand scheme of things. The Bible says there will be 10 kingdoms, and the Antichrist will rule them all. So it will come to pass, some day. Perhaps very soon.

Obama has virtually destroyed our national borders and sovereignty in a way that could not even be imagined in 2008.

Satan has wanted a one-world government and religion since the days of Babel, and he is very, very close to achieving that today. All that is needed now is a final push. An economic collapse (that we poised to have), a nuclear exchange somewhere on earth, a massive war in the Middle East - any one or a combination of these events could drive us towards global tyranny very, very rapidly.

My blessed hope is in Christ alone. All of these evil days that are ours are preordained. I pray that He comes very soon.

Indeed. What would be sort of funny to see is how Mexico would react in a North American Union or whatever.

I mean, all of a sudden, the southern border would be THEIR southern border. Somehow, I don’t think they would be calling for granting amnesty to the Guatemalans and other Central Americans trying to cross over the border...
