Remember, Ireland was a place just over twenty years ago were police officers were routinely assassinated, with bombs, RPGs, full automatic weapons, etc. Were in the Republic, every bank and armored car was open season for the IRA to fund their activities. The IRA not only killed RUC men, but the Garda was also killed by them from time to time. New Orleans is probably no more dangerous than the Falls Road or the Divis Flats.

It boggles me that anyone would “vacation” in an active urban warzone like New Orleans. Jindal needs to clean that place up, and fast.
