Some kid learning to fly his quad-copter in the park. Pushes the lever the wrong way and it flies over the White House fence.
Dad says "Forget about it, we'll buy you a new one."
BTW, the General Aviation community AND the model airplane/quad-copter community have been pushing the FAA for ages, with out success, to issue realistic regs regarding model airplanes and quad-copters.
Look for an Executive Order banning them this week! /s
