The President as Pest

With the SOTU behind us, what’s left for Obama in his lame duck years?

Looking at his record, it’s difficult to see any promise of accomplishment. His entire tenure has been one vast Gobi of negative achievement unparalleled in the history of this Republic. His domestic record -- to mention only the highlights -- consists of the Stimulus (“shovel-ready jobs”), ObamaCare, forcing tens of millions out of the workforce, decoupling the stock market from the economy as a whole, and a still stumbling recovery. His “post-racial presidency” is a sad joke, with race relations in a state of tension unseen since the late 60s. His party is in near-terminal disarray, with most of the states in the hands of the GOP and, apart from a pair of questionable female celebrity candidates, no one to take up the reins once he leaves.

As for foreign affairs, where do we commence? About his “victory” over Al Qaeda, the less said the better. He alienated Israel among only the most prominent of our allies. Putin’s Russia is on the rampage, and China is about to start a regional war over the South China Sea. Bush’s emphasis on assistance to Africa was abandoned by the first African-American president. A promising opening to India, a rising regional superpower, was tossed aside. But all this is a lagniappe to the greatest foreign-policy disaster since the 1970s -- the “Arab Spring”, a policy initiative so apocalyptic that media, academics, and left-leaning politicians don’t dare mention it. Thanks to Obama, along with his witch’s coven of Hillary Clinton, Susan Rice, and Samantha Power, the entire region, minus only Israel, is in chaos, with no sign of an end and a potential butcher’s bill in the tens of millions.

Moving on to scandals,

Why is Tom Brady’s under inflated ball more important than obama’s destruction of the Republic?

She mentions Obama releasing Yemen detainees in the wake of the Yemen inspired attack on Paris.

But she fails to mention that days after the release apparently the terrorists in Yemen were so emboldened by Obama's action that they took over what had previously been a US allied Yemen Govt.

BEYOND APPALLING!

I really don’t think the First African-American president abandoned Africa. The first Kenyan-born White House occupant did.

Shoot, first tell us what all Osamabama accomplished when his party controlled both houses of Congress?

Now why is it a surprise that he's not going to accomplish much when they control neither?

A quick channel surf this morning revealed John King of CNN, with some degree of passion that at least appeared to be genuine, demanding to get to the bottom of deflate-gate.

If only he or his “news organization” showed half as much outrage to get to the bottom of any scandal or WHouse shenanigan, we wouldn’t be a low as we currently are.

The world is a rabbit hole and all those paying attention are “Alice”.

EVERYTHING obama does either:
a) Weakens America/Americans
b) Distances America's allies
c) Strengthens America's enemies
d) Serves Islam
e) Harms Israel
Or some combination of the above.
I have yet to have anyone raise a single substantive counter example in several years of posting this.

There are no counter examples.
