A group of people describing themselves as Stanford students blocked westbound traffic on the San Mateo Bridge minutes before 5 p.m. on Monday.
Television footage showed officers making arrests soon after the students, carrying banners and a Palestinian flag, took to the bridge. Protesters said they hoped to shut down traffic for 28 minutes.

This is an unjustified TAKING —a tort.
These students OWE MONEY to each person delayed.
this kind of protest will cause someone to die if that person is on the way to the hospital.

Anyone who lost money as a result of this action can sue. Just file a small claims suit. They won’t show up and you’ll win.

These Aholes had better stay the hell out of the traffic lanes. Especially in very high speed areas like that bridge. Otherwise they’ll just get the selves a fast ride back to Stanford (Hospital).
Stanford has obviously failed to vet its admissions this year. They let in some genuine losers who definitely don’t belong in a leading, world- class place of study... More or less in any responsible adult setting. Suggest Stanford correct its mistakes by expelling this trash immediately. Then hopefully the public authorities will press charges so that these selfish bums get to serve some richly- deserved time. Maybe they’ll grow up a bit in prison -,but at least the rest of society will be safe from them.
Throw the spoiled little darlings off the bridge.

This is simple to fix: new state laws specifying mandatory minimum state prison sentences of 2-3 years without parole for first time offenders convicted of deliberately obstructing commerce and triple fines equal to estimated economic and personal losses, with police forces being REQUIRED to IMMEDIATELY arrest any and all attempting such obstruction.
What’s the significance of 28 minutes?
The men and women delayed need to get out of their cars and beat 28 butts black and blue.
