I agree. It is so easy for me to be kind and helpful to others, but if I lived in NYC I think it would be hard. So interesting.

That is, apparently, an old picture.
But there is a trend of people wearing weather-inappropriate clothing; after all, they are convinced that they will go from the car to the house/store/business in a matter of minutes, so there’s no *real* reason to bundle up.
If they were faced with a real weather emergency, they’d be risking their own lives.
