In Rapanos v US, the Congress had evidence of EPA extortion, writing illegal rules,refusing to obey Congressional mandates and not obeying previous USSC rulings from the court’s SWANCC decision. Rapanos showed enough evidence that the EPA was a fascist, rogue agency that needed to be shut down permanently.
Congress did nothing. It will fall to the people and the states to kill the EPA nazis.

No, the “scary” thing is having America-hating, freeloading commie piggies, who can’t get a REAL job, running the so called EPA.
It is not scary preventing an entire civilization from preparing for the next ice age we know is coming. It is dangerous.
