Not true at all. Try the Commerce Clause. If a guy’s wheat grown on his own farm for his own internal consumption is “in commerce” then so is every local, county and state regulation.

I’d start by suing California over their egg rule. It is clearly affecting interstate commerce.

John Boehner was challenged in the primary by a Tea Party candidate who barely touched on 20% of the vote. His challenger, J.D. Winteregg was fired from his job as an adjunct professor at Ohio’s Cedarville University.

Back in 2010 Boehner was challenged in the primary by Justin Coussoule, a West Point graduate and former army captain working as a purchasing manager for Cincinnati-based consumer products manufacturer Procter & Gamble in Ohio, a company Boehner owned stock in. Coussoule was also fired from his job.

The power game in the beltway is deadly serious.

Believe it or not, the “States” actually have ALL THE POWER in this country, they just Refuse to use it, and they rely on “lawyers” to tell them what to do instead of the US CONSTITUTION.

that is what I was taught that the what the states seed to the Feds is what they get to do, and that the states can decide first what their powers are. Feds get the left overs.

With Rinos who lied about closing the border, cutting funding for Obamacare and closing the budget deficits we can do more working at the state level.

In 2010 at least 40 Tea Party people got elected , this years probably a dozen more, and where are they today, voting for Erectile Dysfunctional BONER

The last two GOP senate candidates from Michigan made noises about returning the power to the states. Both were immediately given the anchor treatment by the GOP.

States won't get power back without a federal constitutional amendment.

That's a really great idea. We could have it say something like, oh, this: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."

That'll be sure to do the trick.

Very often they either have no choice or the RINOS do what they did in Mississippi. Like I said before, RINOS are worse than Democrats. They pinion our arms behind our back while Obama punches us silly - as with Boehner.

Boehner is America’s worst enemy. He is Obama’s enabler. Until conservatives simply refuse to elect these people, hold their noses, vote third party and allow the GOP to collapse, this will continue.

And, yet, that type of ‘logic’, if used by us rabble, in their own defense, would get them tossed into the clink for a LONG time as ‘frivolous’ or ‘without standing’ or the like.

There is NO *logical* way, except by the oligarchy, that a single clause negates the spirit of the Constitution, if not the whole of the document itself.

They, the scum-sucking, bottom-feeding, should-all-be-at-the-bottom-of-the-ocean, lawyers and their ilk, are the ONLY ones whom can seem to twist logic that:

Income tax is NOT slavery (13th)
Income tax is NOT Takings (5th)
Concealed/open licenses are NOT infringement (2nd)
NOT having healthcare is taxable (non)’commerce’
etc. etc. ad infinitum

That’s not what will happen. What happened to the Dems in 1860? We’ve got to know our history and have a better grasp of the present. Conservatives are more powerful than their numbers indicate. We’re winning.

Get it done in the states

Amen, Jim. Washington is FUBAR. It's lost. The only real representation the people have now, is in their various state capitols.

That's where we're gonna have to get 'er dun.

States won’t get power back without a federal constitutional amendment.

The states will get back exactly as much power as they are willing to go to the mat for.
