When Orangutans Get Lawyers

Monkeys are not people. Trees are not children. And human beings are not causing the earth to melt like the Wicked Witch of the West.

“It’s probably the equivalent of watching your family getting shot before a firing squad,” environmental extremist Tom Whitaker described his emotional response to logging for National Geographic in July of 2000.

Fast forward to December of 2014: a 29-year-old orangutan named “Sandra” was represented by a lawyer named Andres Gil Dominguez who helped the ape win human rights in an Argentine court of law. Meanwhile, New York Mayor Bill de Blasio is succumbing to animal rights activists by threatening to put 400 horse carriage drivers and stable hands out of business by 2016.

By nature, you have more inalienable rights than your dog or houseplant. Certain political groups and crony capitalists are trying to reverse the natural order by forcing humans to be subservient to flora and fauna. They don’t realize that by disrupting the natural pecking order they will harm plants and animals.

Certainly, animal abuse and wanton destruction of wildlife is wrong. But it is wrong for lawyers to profit from classifying pets, zoo animals and houseplants as prisoners with human rights. It is also immoral for scientists to pretend that (actual) humans are vermin on a mission to destroy the earth. There is no scientific evidence that humans are responsible for harmful global warming and the National Snow & Ice Data Center (NSIDC) reports that warming is a non-issue: “Sea ice in Antarctica has remained at satellite-era record high daily levels for most of 2014.”

Back to Sandra. She did not ask Mr. Dominguez to be her lawyer. Indeed, there are no known cases of any animal or plant asking for a lawyer. Nonetheless, a corrupt judge ruled that Sandra has the natural right to “freedom” and “avoiding suffering from being in captivity” in the same sense as humans.

This legal ruling sets a very dangerous global precedent. If the U.S. follows Argentina’s lead, most pets could be classified as abused captives. Anyone with a pet larger than a finger monkey could be incarcerated for denying their pet the autonomy of animals who roam free. Gardeners who keep house plants could be found guilty of “child abuse” for subjecting potted ivy to periodic trimming instead of letting the ivy creep freely across the home’s interior and exterior walls.

Panther attacks are at a historic high in West Palm Beach, Florida. In 2014 alone, over 50 pets and livestock animals—ranging from a swan and a Shetland pony to cats and calves—were killed by endangered Florida panthers. The large cats are certainly “free.” Yet, their freedom is to the detriment of other animals.

Ask yourself: at what point is an animal “suffering” in captivity? For example, Sandra is being moved from the Buenos Aires zoo to a sanctuary. But who is to say that she shouldn’t be moved into the wild where she can enjoy ultimate freedom? If Sandra is “suffering,” then all zoo animals must be suffering and we should close all zoos. But the truth is that zoos conserve animals from painful deaths caused by starvation, disease and predators—while educating the public.

Even if you describe yourself as an “animal person,” you would never call yourself an “animal animal” because you innately know that there’s a crucial difference between animals and people. As the philosopher Aristotle notes, only humans can be held accountable for their decisions—such as murder, rape and theft—because only humans have reason and the ability to act according to intangible principles. Animals act on instinct and can neither be rewarded nor punished (in a court of law) for acting on their instincts to mate, eat, or defend territory. If a bear mauls you to death, the bear will not go to prison.

“It’s like saving your child,” whimpered one environmental squatter to National Geographic who advocates “roosting” or living in trees to deter logging. Other activists caress the bark of newly logged trees in makeshift funeral ceremonies. Tree-huggers forget that responsible logging helps prevent forest fires—and the resulting devastation of woodpeckers, toads and saplings.

Never sacrifice your natural human rights of free speech and private property to animals and plants. Doing so is harmful to domesticated animals that will be gobbled up by panthers; plants that will be consumed by forest fires; and humans whose livelihoods will be decimated by politicians.

Lovable and majestic as a monkey and an evergreen may be—they’re not human—they are a ball of fur and a fir tree.

This is just another form of animal worship that is a sign of the end of this society. Man was given dominion over the earth and the animals. They were created for man’s benefit. Animals are for food and to work. Those that are chosen to be pets are fortunate.

However, we have long passed the point of thinking about animals as what they are. I am sure that there are people in America today, if faced with the choice, who would watch their children starve before they would eat the beloved family pet. I recently watched a documentary in which a father watched a pet lion chew his daughter’s arm off through a fence before he shot the beast. When asked what took him so long to shoot the lion; he said it was an agonizing choice because he loved them both and felt that they were both his children. I have heard many of my friends say much the same thing about their pets. How sad that we have gone so far from anything that resembles common sense. There’s nothing wrong with loving animals or having a pet, but to put them on the same level as humankind is asking for disaster.

It is all to erase the Worldview of our Founders and Modern philosophy which embedded Natural Law Theory into our Constitution.

The Leftist elites knew two things in the 1800s:

1. That the Christian Worldview has to be destroyed in children-—they have to destroy the only Rational ideology/theology which created Individual Natural Rights from God and the Age of Reason and the US Constitution. The State HAS to be god to control the masses and for the children to be “Happy Slaves” as adults (Fichte), the children have to truly believe in irrational things which are separated from Reason and Reality and Truth. (Like sodomy is “Good”—ideas which throw out Natural Law Theory, destroy the Natural Family—bases of Freedom and Virtue and Design and Modern Science). If there is no Reason used (and critical thinking which is removed from public schools for nonsense), children have no foundation to “Know the Truth/God”. They can’t. They will only have minds like the billions of tribal minds or the enslaved or people who are unable to form civil societies.

2. They need to make people irrational. (Only rely on “feelings” and base urges which will collapse civil society). By erasing ideas (not Transmitting our Culture and the Greatest Philosophy/Theology to children (the next generation will not “think” like previous generations in USA). Children will grow up with minds that are incapable of Logic and Reason, which only comes from Classical Education (original sources) and a grasp of the minds of Adam Smith and John Lokce and Montesquieu and Plato. They will “feel” everything-—which will lead to total chaos or totalitarianism.

All cultures throughout history were slave/peasant/serf cultures controlled by a few elites who could dictate to the masses and kill them whenever they needed to. The elites want that power back and they have set in a legal system to do exactly that-—a legal system of Unjust Law which is antithetical to the Constitution and “Null and Void” by definition.

They create “perceptions” in the minds of children (hate Christianity and love Satanism)—anything to make it uncomfortable for the little herd animals to go outside the box-—they will never be able to stand for Truth—like the people of the Weimar Republic who killed God. (Weimar Republic was the most corrupt, vulgar culture which promoted obscenity to children and vice to adults 24/7, exactly like pre-Victorian England, which William Wilberforce and the evangelicals helped overturn-—to create a new Christian Worldview of unity and Love and dignity in human beings and Life. Just Law creates Justice and Just Law has to be based on Universal Truth (God’s Laws) always.

Our “lawyers” at universities are being made into ideologues (irrational Marxists) (or are bribed like Justice Roberts) into doing the will of the elites and creating irrational law (which is unconstitutional always). Justice John Marshall (and Nuremberg Trials) stated that unjust law is ALWAYS “Null and Void”.

Aquinas stated: When Law ceases to be Just (a virtue), it ceases to be Law. That idea—based on Natural Laws—is embedded into our Justice System (but is being flipped or erased today, (unconstitutional) creating an unjust system-—which will eventually collapse civil society as Cicero stated.

Children are kept from learning Truth/God and Modern Science—for Postmodernism and irrational concepts which collapse civil society. They are irrational like this so-called “Judge” and lawyer who needs to be impeached (because they don’t understand Natural Law), the basis of our Jurisprudence system which they take an oath to defend.

This Marxist worldview where Up is Down and Vice (sodomy) is Virtue will destroy Logic and Reason in all children immersed in their brainwashing public schooling and who are addicted to Hollywood’s (Satanists) products, which create the proper emotions in the children and erases the ability to “think critically”. They “feel” like trained cattle, and are reduced to herd animals and collectives. No Inidividualism, no thinking outside the box, no Age of Reason. It is not possible with “operant conditioning” and parents who allow the minds and emotions of their children to be controlled by strangers or Satanists in a Prussian system which just conditions and destroys Virtue. Without Virtue, there is no Freedom (Socrates);
