Bobby Jindal to meet Tuesday with Iowa pastors
Jindal has been in Iowa numerous times in the last year.
Jindal is my favorite Republican.
Jindal is a good man. I like Walker a bit better, mainly because he has won in a Democrat state three times.
Jindal has won in a Republican (presidential) state...which is a not as big a challenge.
I appreciate he is meeting with pastors.
Jindal sent out an email fundraising blast last week. An acquaintance offered to give $1000 if Jindal pledged to stay in Louisiana for 30 consecutive days. He didn’t get a response.
Jindal has more information in his head than any politician I can think of. Opposite of Perry although I like them both. He is a walking encyclopedia. He also won re-election in LA. I can support this guy.
He is easily the smartest person among those on the political scene. I wonder what tack the media will take in trying to destroy him.
Jindal converted from Hinduism to Catholicism many years ago. There are a lot of Catholic (and Lutheran) voters in my part of (eastern) Iowa.
My understanding is neither of his parents were US citizens at the time of his birth. Of course Barry’s father was never a citizen and his mother was not an adult at time of birth. So looks like every one is now eligible.
Do you guys really think he’s electable? Seriously?

There are far better choices for conservatives, many of whom really stick their necks out standing up for conservatism.

He is one of the five on my top tier list (along with Cruz, Palin, Santorum, and Pence). I could not only support him but campaign for him.

He was BORN in Baton Rouge. Last I knew, that makes him a citizen.

You favor another candidate? If so, fine. Promote them - and/or name REAL points against Jindal - but not throw out 'soft concerns"?
Jindal is in top 3 of my support list.
I have seen dozens of post here on FR about Jindal not being natural born citizen. That was my point.

We need a smart governor who knows how to manage a large organization like a state.
His ethnic background makes him appealing to circumvent the canard that Republicans are racist.
He will win us the south.
Check the Consitution and tell me where it says that both parents need to be born in the US to run for POTUS - a specific citation would be nice. I have looked and it is not there.
