I don't live in CA but here in Maryland Dems gave illegals drivers licenses too, and they had to be stamped with ‘For driving privileges only’ as do CA’s.

Here they suspend drivers licenses for not paying child support, even worse, the DNA dads are still required to show up at family court after their licenses were suspended by the family court,
