The Control Freaks ware sick of the Internet, and want full control of it.

This is even though they have no such authority.

The Court said they couldn’t do this.

They’re doing it anyway.

And the Court rewarded their lawlessness by upholding Obamacare.

Net neutrality is a really socialism in disguise . It's government control of the Internet. Liberals/democrats can't stand something that works and helps people so they try to ruin it with burdensome regulations. Then after the regulations ruin it then democrats say “see capitalism doesn't work we need more government “(as they did with Obamacare).

The FCC will vote?

Who voted for the FCC? The FCC is not supported by the Constitution. Their acts are, therefore, illegal.

Need to figure out ways around government control of the internet.

Oh, and look, thry say they don't need to hear [any?] from the public on this:

"The timing indicates Wheeler does not see the need for more public input on the benefits and drawbacks of using Title II, as earlier reports suggested. "

Oh, really? Maybe THEY don't, but they will... They should really know better, you know? :)

Well said. The FCC's sole purpose is to support the state-run leftist media. This illegal "net neutrality" will result in Free Republic getting shut down. Abolish the FCC! Take America back!

(1) I don’t know what Net Neutrality is, but based on the government tendency to name any PROPOSAL the exact OPPOSITE of what it’s true purpose is I don’t trust what may be in the proposal they want to vote on.

(2)We have had Net Neutrality, to some extent, since it was opened up to the public. Website owners pay for bandwidth they use. How is this not neutral ?

(3) Does anyone really know exactly what they are proposing as ‘Net Neutrality’ ???

They will have to regulate the new internets that will pop up in its place, too. I will take the lead in creating such an alternative.

Regulate THIS, bitch.

Who even knows anything about this unconstitutional action by the FCC ? Who even understands what net neutrality is? the media sure isn't covering as they are covering Cuomo, and other smoke screens. I bet 99% of Americans have no clue about either of these 2 things.

net neutrality is just another lie it's really just socialism and government control of the Internet.

most of these bills and regulations and laws are just socialism disguised by legalese and given some false name, just like Obamacare “the affordable healthcare act” yeah right it's such socialism and government control .same for this bs net neutrality. give it some fancy sounding name . still same thing. no body knows as the media makes sure to provide enough smoke screens, all the crap they call news which are just distractions

It's a scheme to prop up the state-run liberal media. The ultimate goal is to eliminate sources of truth such as Free Republic and the Sarah Palin channel. Imagine the internet with only leftist sites like Kos, Huff'nPuff and DU. That's what this illegal "net neutrality" is really all about.

This article explains what net neutrality is:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-bloggers/3242621/posts

Net Neutrality is just marxism/socialism: “From each according to his ability, to each according to his need”.

Hint: socialism never works and just ruins things that work like the free market and Internet

Without a guarantee of First Amendment free speech rights online clearly written down as part of the Internet neutrality proposal, I will not support the FCC proposal. The reason is simple: this proposal gets the Federal government directly involved in what is allowed online, which is a direct violation of the First Amendment right of free speech.
