Portland protesters for #Ferguson movement blocked the busy intersection of 39th & Belmont, got into several shouting matches with drivers, sung Christmas carol parodies that included “Deck the halls with rows of dead cops” and “Cop free Christmas”, chanted “What do we want? NO COPS”, got into more shouting and shoving matches, and were plowed into by one driver on Peacock Lane, which is home to one of the biggest Christmas light displays in Portland.

A certain segment of American society is not civilized. They do not want to live with the constraints that a civilized society demands of its citizens. If that is truly what they want, we should allow them to live apart in their own enclaves free of the constraints but also free of the benefits that they now enjoy courtesy of the taxpayers. Bad idea. It is precisely the presence of law enforcement and the resulting repercussions that keep a citizen with a very short fuse from dispersing these morons with gunfire.

That talk was originated by Sharpton. He can’t seem to help his hatefulness. If pressed he’d probably say he was complaining that supposed wanton killings by officers were never precipitating the death penalty upon them. The context suggests it. But as stated it sounded like he was calling for vigilante action and it is weird that he hasn’t been charged with a crime for doing that.
I love that show. I have been watching it on Netflix. To me it makes fun of liberals/progressives: Women and Women First bookstore, animal testing protester that constantly wants to take off her shirt . . .
