I Am No Longer a Republican
christianpost.com ^ | 12/21/14 | Matt Berber

I am no longer a Republican. John Boehner, Mitch McConnell and their Democrat-lite, RINO Republican establishment have seen to that. They have betrayed their own constituents. They have actively turned against the American people – the very voters who granted them power to do good.

Even before the gavel has sounded on the Republican-led 114th Congress, these treacherous cowards shamelessly, eagerly, it seems, squandered perhaps the one opportunity they had to stop, in his tracks, America's first cultural Marxist, anti-American, palpably evil president.

If ever there were, there can no longer be any doubt. Barack Obama is bent on turning the land of the free and the home of the brave into the land of the conquered and the home of the weak. He is an egalitarian globalist who hates America. He has repeatedly spat upon the very Constitution he was sworn to uphold.

Last month Republicans were elected by "We the people" in an unprecedented landslide – in a Democratic Party bloodbath – with clear marching orders. They were given one task and one task alone.

Stop Barack Obama.

They have failed both miserably and willfully.

What's worse is that the Republican establishment has worked in concert with this wicked man. They have aided and abetted him as he and his godless Democratic Party summarily deconstruct all that has made America great. The Republican Party is complicit in the ill-fated fall of the American Empire.

I don't know what kind of dirt Barack Obama and his NSA-KGB have on John Boehner, but within a week of the elections it became abundantly clear that the GOP would betray us.

As soon as Mrs. Palin switches to (I) is when I do. The RINOs do not represent me.

Yeah, I’ve been there.

Even on the smaller side, I find it HUGELY embarrassing that the GOP shrinks back from so many important issues, but boy when it comes to protecting a movie they are way out front. Huh? They don’t even make sense.

Angst is a harsh mistress.

Which apparently leads to hyperbole.

I left several years back. They haven’t represented conservative interests in years (maybe decades).

I disagree with all the “...third party will just split the vote and shoo in the dems..” talk.

We now have the internet. We can connect in REAL time these days.
I don’t know how many American voters are here just on the FR site, but if Cruz or Palin or some CREDIBLE CONSERVATIVE said, “hey, we’re going Conservative Party...” or whatever, we COULD drop the RINO party at once and deliver a HUGE vote to the new party.

This is the 21st century now and we too have technology, Mr. Soetero.

I can’t say I blame him.

I’ve never been a Republican, but I’ve almost always been on ‘their side’ on matters. Seems they’ve parted ways with me lately.

Agreed, but the e-GOP has already worked to neuter the next Congress. We went without a formal budget for like 10 years, and CROmnibus will lock in the Democrat programs for half the new Congress' tenure.

I didn’t vote this year because I thought nothing would change.

Looking back on it, I feel more at peace with my decision than ever.

Today’s GOP doesn’t deserve conservative support.

The Re-elected are in office. And he's right. They have. But, give it time. We'll see.

“CROmnibus will lock in the Democrat programs for half the new Congress’ tenure”

Most likely they would not get a budget done in the first months so more like a lock in for about six months.

Here is fun fact behind the Conservative Manifesto of 1937:

(from Wikipedia) "The spring and summer of 1937 saw a return to economic recession (dubbed the "Roosevelt Recession"), a failed attempt by Roosevelt to "pack" the Supreme Court with judges sympathetic to New Deal policies, and a series of sit-down strikes by organized labor. A bipartisan coalition of conservative politicians emerged in light of these political developments, and Senator Josiah W. Bailey (D-NC) recognized an opportunity to oppose the New Deal through "bipartisan conservative action." The document's key authors were Bailey and Arthur H. Vandenberg (R-MI), with Bailey acting as "final editor."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conservative_Manifesto

That is truly being independent of the Socialist Uniparty.

OR you could go this route....

Communist Goal 15: Capture one or both of the political parties in the United States.

You're right, but they've also already surrendered (McBoner: Impeachment/Gubmint Shutdown are not options) Screw em. Face it, the GOP is dead. It's really all over but the crying and whimpering from those low info voters dumb enough to stick around and get bent over again.

I’m always surprised that so many of our FRiends, who also revere our Constitution, imagine that election “winners” have power long BEFORE they are even sworn in.
