Just when President Obama thought it was safe to show his face in an American courtroom again, in walks John Wayne in a black robe to deliver one of the greatest legal beatdowns ever suffered by a sitting president.
Except for all the other beatings President Obama has already endured in federal court and from Supreme Court justices, including the ones he himself picked. And this guy still sells himself as some kind of constitutional law expert?
Already, the Supreme Court has ruled against Mr. Obama some thirteen times. And that’s just counting the instances where the Supreme Court ruled UNANIMOUSLY that Mr. Obama had overstepped his authority, misread the law, misunderstood basic constitutional concepts or was otherwise out of order.
And this guy went to Harvard Law School? Harvard should strip him of his degree. Or maybe recall him for further remedial instruction on how the whole constitution works.

The clearest example of affirmative action that anyone has ever seen. Mr. Cruz, being Hispanic (although not 1/32nd Cherokee), could’ve availed himself of the same. Obviously, he did not and didn’t need to.
FWIW, Illinois did strip him of his law license.
I know there was talk about him lying on his original application about not breaking the law (taking illegal drugs), but I can't imagine it would be for that reason.
Good job, Charles Hurt. I would add: Obama’s incompetence is only outdone by his malevolence. You can simply feel the hatred that Obama has for traditional and middle America, and the contempt he has for the US Constitution and for Rule of Law. He’s repeatedly remarked that he envies dictators.
The only reason we have been spared true tyranny is that Obama would prefer to play golf.
I have often remarked that if Adolph Hitler had been lazier, the 1940’s would have been a pretty nice decade. We are apparently in that very situation, now.

pay your taxes...
the govt will keep the roads good, provide for you in your old age, defend the country, etc...
taxes are an IMPLIED contract IMO....certainly many people could fudge their numbers and not pay taxes...many do.....but most do not....and that's what is keeping the country running...
so if I've paid income tax and SS all my life, with the implied thought that I'll live in a safe nation and get a little of what I paid back when I'm older, that is a safe assumption..
so why do people that haven't lived here, haven't been paying taxes for 40 yrs now getting everything that I've worked for and paid for....
that is not a country that will stand long....but maybe that's the point....

That is exactly the point. Bambi and people that think like him want to “fundamentally change” America. He outright said it.
They have been completely indoctrinated from home, school, church, and their social circles that America is an unfair, bad place. Therefore it needs to change.
The left is doing what they can to break it. Like ignorant children, they are too shortsighted to see what will happen when it does break.
