I actually observed a similar tirade from one black man to another on a mass transit train full of african americans.
It was half sermon and half tirade against Michael brown directed against another young black man on the train. None of the African americans on the train objected to the argument made.
I was rather surprised.

I have seen a move among black people posting and commenting, that seems to be shifting towards more responsibility of the community. This is good.

They all have a fresh reminder of the absolute worst that can happen when no one takes responsibility; The Ferguson Fire Night, a completely unnecessary tragedy, egged on by the media and the White House. That part of the town is gone for the next few generations. Terrorists didn’t do that, the Chinese didn’t have to do it either.
