This week, Sen. David Vitter and Rep. Charles Boustany published an Op Ed in The Hill, a Washington, DC newspaper, on continued problems Louisiana veterans face when submitting claims for emergency medical services.

I just don’t think this is about incompetence. I think it’s a planned and coordinated effort to harm Veterans and for government employees to steal money from the VA.
