I've been there, and the locals are not a friendly lot.
Christian churches , of every possible denomination , along with LDS and several schools of Buddhism , permeate Hawaii . Every neighborhood and community . One big plus is there is a ultra micro muzlim presence . Far fewer , I will guess, than ANY other State .
have you been to Hawaii lately?? I was there in 2010 and could not believe it....
one of the more popular bumper stickers was “I AM NOT AN AMERICAN- I AM A HAWAIIAN”..funny in that i saw mostly white dudes driving around in those cars...
tons of pro-succession messages/stickers in Hawaii...
