he LAPD is ready, willing and able to investigate sexual assault claims against Bill Cosby that allegedly occurred at the Playboy Mansion ... even though the incident is way past the statute of limitations.
As we previously reported ... a woman named Judy Huth sued Cosby Tuesday ... claiming Cosby got her drunk and then sexually assaulted her at Hefner's pad when she was 15 years old back in 1974.

What’s to investigate?
Take a statement from the lady in question and you’re done. It’s not like there’s any physical evidence at this point.
They should lock Hefner up for assault with a dead weapon.
There is no sexual assault at the Playboy mansion. You go there very well knowing what is “expected” of you.
Rape is a different story altogether.
Starting with the parents. If they had knowledge od that visit they aided and abetted that abuse.

Anyone who has the guts to make a complaint about someone touching her or even molesting her while she was at the Playboy mansion is only trying to make money off what they did in their youth. If they were there at the Playboy mansion they were there getting paid, getting paid more or less to be molested.
The premise is: You flashback 40 years and RECALL what went down in a SPECIFIC sexual encounter now claimed to be RAPE..

And her 16 yo friend.... 40 years ago. The report says he asked them to follow him. How did they follow? Did the 16 have a license and drove? Did a parent drive them? Did they take a cab? Did the parents not care their darling little angels were living it up with Cosby at the tennis court and the PB Mansion? Where was Hugh and shouldn't security have notified him of suspected underaged girls? How many other big names were there at the time? It's HIGHLY unlikely there are any witnesses to this because they're either long dead or can't possibly remember what happened 40 years ago. It'll all be he said she said. Cosby could bring out pictures and shout his guilt from the mansion's roof and I still I wouldn't give any of the women a dime after all these decades.
What business does a government agency have getting involved in a civil suit?
When a criminal suit is being prosecuted, they always say that the court has all the resources of the state at their disposal. How can they justify using state resources to investigate a case that is past it's statute of limitations, for civil purposes?
When it's criminal, it's the people vs the defendent. It's partisan when it's a civil suit, and the state has no business taking sides with its unlimited resources.
