BEIRUT – Lebanon's interior minister says DNA tests have confirmed that a child held by authorities is the daughter of the Islamic State group's leader.
Nohad Machnouk also says that the child's mother, who is also in custody, was married to IS chief Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi six years ago for a period of three months. He says they are no longer married.

This is a first world story were hostages seem important be cause we care and we thick we got him now. This will not slow down the “righteous” cause of the Caliphate, especially since he is divorced from the mom and the child is a girl. If they are harmed he may eventually get around to kill the people did it but its not likely.
In America neither mother nor child could probably be held.
Detain a child because his father is an enemy leader/criminal?
We don’t do that, and I’m glad we don’t.
So what? This guy is an islamist. Does anyone really believe that he cares about a wife or son being taken in the fight?
Like Baghdadi, ø is an enemy islamist. He and ø know that he would sacrifice his wife and kids in an instant, and he well may do it yet.
They’re islamists, and compared to them communists are pikers.
