Jeff-Sessions: Obama Plans E/O Processing Facility; to hire 1000 Immigration Agents
BREITBART.COM ^ | 11/3/14 | STAFF

Sen. Jeff Sessions (Rep-AL) has uncovered Obama's plan to open a new immigration facility to process his executive amnesty action in Crystal City, Northern Virginia. "A whopping 1,000 new immigration employees, will be hired for the purpose of immediately implementing the President’s imperial immigration decree,” Sessions said.

"This action will provide work permits, photo IDs, Social Security, and Medicare to illegal immigrants—----all of these are benefits rejected by Congress. American families will have to compete directly for jobs, wages, and benefits with millions of tax-subsidized illegal immigrants.”

“This is a clear symbol of the President’s defiance of the American people, their laws, and their Constitution,” Sessions said, adding that Congress must block any and all funding (the Congressional Research Service affirmed it is within Congress’ power to do so).

" The President cannot spend money unless the Congress approves it, and certainly the Congress should not approve funds for an illegal amnesty," Sessions noted.

Sessions’ statement comes in the wake of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) bulletin announcing the new amnesty processing facility in Crystal City, a neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia, to accommodate about 1,000 full-time, permanent federal and contract employees in a variety of positions and grade levels. The initial workload will include cases filed as a result of the executive actions on immigration announced on Nov. 20, 2014. USCIS noted: "Many job opportunities at the operational center will be announced in the coming days and please continue to monitor USAJOBS if you are interested."

USCIS has made plain that taxpayers will pay; the federal agency is an "approval machine" that will "rubber stamp" applications for amnesty.

Spanish-Language Democrat Party Campaign Ad Calls Tea Party "Radical Terrorists"
Breitbart ^ | Nov. 2, 2014 | Sarah Rumpf / FR Posted by River Hawk

AUSTIN, Texas -- The Bexar County Democratic Party launched a controversial Spanish-language ad during the final week before the November 4 elections, calling tea party Republicans "radical terrorists."

The Democrat campaign ad begins showing the American and Mexican flags, with a male narrator saying in Spanish that the flags represent "friendship, liberty, opportunity, and justice," then showing a Gadsden flag with its famous "Don't Tread on Me" motto. The Gadsden flag, which the ad calls "muy peligrosa," or "very dangerous," was designed in 1775 during the American Revolution and has since been adopted as a symbol by various libertarian and tea party groups.

The Democrat campaign ad then proceeds to call tea party Republicans "radical terrorists" while showing images of militia members holding guns and wearing camouflage, threatening "our children and families with violence and firearms," urging viewers to "¡Voto Demócrata!"

The full text of the ad, in English: "These two flags represent friendship, liberty, opportunity and justice. This flag is very dangerous. It is the flag of the Republicans of the Tea Party. They are radical terrorists who want to take matters into their own hands, affecting our children and families with violence and firearms on the border and in our cities.

This Tuesday, November 4th, is the day of the election and it’s the only time we can make our voice count. For our common good, Vote Democrat!"

Bexar County Democratic Party Chairman Manuel Medina admitted his organization was responsible for the ad, and claimed credit himself for creating it.

Medina went even further in an interview with the San Antonio Express-News, saying, "The tea party is not a political party. They're a terrorist organization."

The Express-News also reported that the ad was running on Univision, paid for by a $25,000 donation from personal injury attorney Thonas J. Henry. (Excerpt) Read more at breitbart.com ...

The Express-News reported that the scurrilous Bexar County Democrat campaign ad running on Spanish TV, labeling Tea Partiers "terrorists" was paid for by a $25,000 donation from personal injury attorney Thonas J. Henry. (breitbart.com)

This lawyer may be liable for disbarment...(1) if found guilty of incitement to commit criminal offenses, (2) if he aided illegals to obtain fraudulent benefits, and, (3) if he represented illegals in court actions.

Lawyers are officers of the court and would be in gross violation of they misrepresented the status of a client before the court.

The US justice system does not dispense justice to litigants who come to court w/ "unclean hands" (a legal term meaning those who committee crimes).

They should be hired as “Limited Term” employees as their jobs won’t be lasting too long.

Crystal City is an interesting place for this. Yes, there’s lots of available office space due to all the jobs BRAC moved to Ft. Belvoir, but it’s expensive space. AND the jobs there will be subject to the DC area’s big locality pay adjustment, so expensive as well. They’ll probably boost the people there up a grade or two on the GS scale too. So more expense.

Why not take the cheaper option of putting the processing out in the hinterlands somewhere? The only downside is that it would be a little more challenging to keep the place under political observation and control.

Oh, wait a minute there ...

Damn, that “approval machine” comment made me think of something too.

How many experienced immigration examiners are going to want to pick up and move to the DC area?

And how many of the examiners who work there will be new hires, lacking experience and only having the training that the Obama Admin wants to provide to them?

Don’t tell me. All 1000 of them have to be Spanish speakers. Preferably, former illegal alien invaders who have “lived the undocumented immigrant experience in da shadow”.

I suspect VA taxpayers/residents will have a say in this.

It has been verified that the border-jumpers, emanating from 144 antediluvian disease-ridden countries, are carriers of TB, Ebola,Chikungunya, Dengue fever, Norovirus. Hantavirus, Swine flu, Varicella. Variola, E-coli.......and childhood diseases America stamped out years ago.

The Obama admin has kept secret:

<><> the medical conditions of minors transported to US schools....

<><> the contagion status of contaminated US border-holding facilities....

<><> the contaminated public transportation used to relocate minors.......

<><> dangers to Americans from contaminated illegals handling our food, merchandise....

<><> taxpayers forced to subsidize contagious children in their classrooms....

================================================

Ebola. Chikungunya. Dengue. Norovirus. Hantavirus. Swine flu. Varicella. Variola. The names sound like something out of a Sci-Fi movie. Yet, threats to Americans are real, and escalating by the week.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported on August 1 that serious diseases are spreading at detention centers for Illegal border crossers.

Health care workers and Border Patrol agents, plus their children, have tested positive for tuberculosis (TB), swine flu, chicken pox, lice and scabies. Instead of being quarantined, illegal border crossers are being dispersed rapidly across the U.S., with those of school age being registered in public schools opening soon for all. “Except they’ll be collecting pensions, benefits, bonuses, and anything else they can steal”..

“Limited Term” employees are nothing more than part time or short term employees who are NOT eligible for any of the bennies you stated. Even “full time” employees need to serve a probationary period before becoming eligible for any benefits (or should be)...OH WAIT, we ARE talking about the federal gubmint here.

Hells bells, if I'm Obama, and I get away with this?

I tell Congress and the country that I'm issuing an executive order proclaiming myself to be the King, no more presidential elections, and the House and Senate are dissolved.

Why not?

We are in the final death throes in America.

The White House said on Monday that it would veto a bill barring federal agencies from using their funds to implement Obama's immigration actions (if conservatives in Congress successfully push it through).

There he goes, again---thwarting the will of the people.

=================================================

FREEPER EDWIN LAND INSIGHTFULLY POSTED: Obama has established that it is okay for the president to overreach.

Ergo, then it's okay for Congress to overreach.

Obama's temporary amnesty plan requires temporary suspension of the rule. That could include Congress passing laws without the president signing off on it.

The Congress should thoughtfully remind Obama that the Congress---and we Americans---can also say, “We have been patient.”

=================================================

Republicans have many options at their disposal.

Because "THE PRESIDENT SAID" he's encouraging illegals hiding in the shadows---including criminals----to come forward to fill out APPLICATIONS for temporary residency.

The "compassionate" Obama govt will record all their information including documents from their homelands: copies of their matricular cards, passports, names of family members, number of children, places of residence in the USA, as well as in their homelands, including full biometrics, fingerprints, DNA etc. etc. etc.....

"THE PRESIDENT SAID" illegals should give federal operatives and agencies all their relevant info so that 5 million illegals "could come out of the shadows and stay." (sniffle)

All that info can be data-mined w/ existing federal and state info. There we will find:

Multiple identities,

voting registrations,

multiple SS nos, multiple drivers' licenses,

multiple EBT cards,

EITC applications,

real estate holdings here, and in their homelands,

investment accounts,

American Express platinum cards,

bank accounts,

bank cards,

debit cards,

wire-transfers to offshore banks,

memberships in violent organizations advocating the overthrow of the US govt.......

etc, etc, etc, and so on and forth, ad infinitum, ad nauseaum.

=============================================

Republicans should ask Obama---does he really want to fund illegals who are murderers, rapists, pedophiles, thieves and drug dealers, and those who are advocating the overthrow of the US govt?
