Those who were not adults when it was set in motion in earnest may not realize it, because, to them, it always has been that way.
Women have indeed benefited historically up to a point, but we have to realize when the balance has tipped and we are starting to do harm to society and ourselves.
Both genders have their biological roles to play and like it or not we are hardwired to respond accordingly.
