Climate change could shift buckeyes’ habitat to Michigan
The Columbus Dispatch ^ | November 24, 2014 | By Laura Arenschield

There is a lot we could lose if we don’t get a handle on climate change. Clean air. Manageable storms. A variety of animals and plants and a few islands.

“Dread the thought,” said Roger Williams, an associate professor of forest management at Ohio State University.

But that could happen if the world keeps warming, Williams said yesterday during a climate-change-oriented tour of the Ohio State University campus. The tour was sponsored by the Environment Ohio Research and Policy Center, an environmental advocacy organization.

It’s already bad enough that we have to share a land border with these people!

We gave you the Toledo Strip so could have a buffer between us and your Ohio germs.

Climate reality is bringing arctic weather to Arkansas!

Look for those buckeyes in southern Mexico.

A similar but not exactly the same article was a lead story on Cincinnati’s WLWT.com today. It has since been removed.

Obviously, someone’s PR team has been doing their jobs!

If they move Ohio to Michigan, what will they do with Buffalo, put up Hudson’s Bay ............ or would that be the White House’s Out House??? Everything is so confusing nowadays.

Main problem per the trend in the continental U.S. over the past couple years is that it's actually COLDER rather than warmer. Of course the warm-cultists tell us that seemingly obvious fact means nothing because it's supposedly even hotter from a relative standpoint in other parts of the world, which supposedly more than compensates for the U.S. being colder.

Anyway, if we're going by reality rather than flawed computer model mysticism, they should be talking about buckeyes in Kentucky, not Michigan.
