“The Republican-controlled Congress has a choice:

Yes, they should resign in mass these worthless enablers...

Much worse than worthless! Congress is defiling the oath they took when they took office:

I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.
Hell cannot be made too hot for the quislings in Congress who willfully violate and betray their oath.

More proof the gutless National Republicans (fed level) are ONLY THERE... to keep conservatives in check.

Oh but don't worry they have Rush Limbaugh who will keep telling you to vote Republican as if they will make a difference.

I say its time to recall Republicans for a special election if they lack the testicular fortitude to do the right thing.

Let that happen a few times and I guarantee they will changed their attitude very quickly.

Either engage in stopping the lawlessness of the Traitorobama regime, or engage in complicity with the lawlessness of Traitorobama.

In case you haven't noticed they have been complicit since hey re-took the House, Michele Bachmann is proof of that.

Six years back people said that after the election. 4 years later they ran out with their hair on fire and broke their promises.

Four years back people said that after the election. 2 years later they ran out with their hair on fire and broke their promises.

Today people say that after the election.what do you suppose the odds are that they will run out with their hair on fire and break their promises?

But before you answer, each of those prior elections had people swearing up and down that the country would end because ‘this time’ was the most serious threat to the world EVER!!!! So think it through a bit first.

I'm not sure Ms. Bachman is fully informed.

She’s proved what she was worth a while back with Romney. She’s informed. The peoblem is we want badly to believe there’s a strong conservative presence still in DC ‘keeping powder dry’. The truth is, thare are a handful. And her actions show whose side she’s on when the chips are down.

No one ever seems to ask where her vocal conservatism went after the prior election. Seems to me she had a job. Pressure relief valve. She did it and shut up almost completely while Team RINO ran wild. Or more accurately, played her part in bolstering Team RINO TO run wild. The proof? Where has she been for 2 years when prior, she was omnipresent.

Promise of VP ticket for Bachmann solves a lot of problems for the Establishment.

Never forget that Karl Rove put Bachmann in office in 2006 and that she disbanded the Tea Party Caucus during the time Boehner was helping to fund Obamacare a year and a half ago.

The reason? The GOPe are using Bachmann as a bad Palin imitation to keep Palin out of 2016.

Watch. Bachmann is the Establishment messenger and they want to weaponize her against Palin.

Heck, they used her in this manner in 2011 when Bachmann opened the year with her “I want to set the table for the Presidential debates” insane speech.

See my last post, I agree with you entirely. Bachmann is being used to block Palin by the GOPe.

They may well intend to, I agree. But there is/will be no blocking Palin if Palin decides to do something. All she has to do is speak and articles fly. Few people hold that kind of power.

The press, in trying to destroy her, gave her the one tool she would ever need to burn the GOP to the ground. They made her into a mythical Emanuel Goldstien figure. Love or hate her (I am a Palinista) they empowered her to dangerous levels. Dangerous for liberals anyway.

Exactly, thank you Norm. And the GOPe needs Bachmann to trick Tea Partiers into thinking she's “Tea Party” and thus get our vote. Or at least our acquiescence.

A bunch of us warned early about the GOP co-opting TEA. They did. Unsurprisingly we were mocked then too. And most TEA partiers say their ‘generous outreach’ as flattery instead of the weaponized infiltration it was.

Now, as with RINOs in general, those same people would rather the country burn than admit they were wrong/duped. And unfortunately they are getting their wish.

Bottom line: Principle matters. Period. A real one, not a Barry one. The GOP is not our friend and they are not the hope for salvation. They are the enemy every bit as much as the Dems because they ARE the Dems. 5 exceptions do not a ‘Party’ make. And besides, we have the founders wisdom to guide us about political parties to begin with. Many here would do well to crack an American History book and read up about why.

BFS. The righteous majority has finally had enough. They’re sick of dealing with the spirit of AntiChrist The One has spread throughout the world from Pennsylvania Ave. I expect things that haven’t been seen in the last 6 years to unfold that The One will not be pleased with...

Michelle Bachman and Sarah Palin, had their day in 2008-9 forming the Taxed Enough Party of which many of us American citizens are proudly affiliated.
Unfortunately, both Michelle and Sarah have so much stigma, faux pas (real and unfairly smeared) they are radioactive and are best be permitted to go gently into political history.
The conservative movement desperately needsvery solid spokespersons who are of full substance, problem-free, and clear in message. We may do well to find true constitutional conservative representatives who have refuge immigrant ties from despot countries and became successful american citizens exuding great appreciation for this country our history.
Uplifting stars who universally inspire citizenry groups and shake us out of cynicism.

Gotta give you credit. That’s a pretty creative way to rehash the “Palin can’t win” meme libs love so much. Anything to keep her in a bad light I guess.

But when you find that besainted leader for conservatives that you describe, I’ll bet he’s astride a mighty unicorn.

Bachmann is a very different animal than Palin. The GOP Establishment is backing Bachmann, now.

Palin is “radioactive” only to the left/right Establishment Media Complex, but represents the center right majority of voters in this country.

This is why it is Palin, not Bachmann, who remains a threat to the Establishment.

And though it is telling that you pushed back the start-date of the Tea Party to 2008 (because you were confusing it with Palin’s campaign for VP), it didn’t actually start up until 2009.

Bachmann’s involvement was that she started a “listening campaign” about the Tea Party a year or so later regarding the Tea Party. I always thought that was telling about her... she wasn’t really “Tea’ herself... she was just “listening” to the Tea Party.
