Might be the best as there was no good outcome either way. The question is now what. Kind of puts the ball back in the DA’s court on whether to file charges or not.
Might have dodged a riot for now but the pressure will still be on to do something.

I’d say they have made their decision and it was not released so the jurors could safely be away from the courthouse. I look for the announcement later tonight or tomorrow. The bomb threat scare earlier elevated precautions. Schools are closed for next week beginning Monday. It’s coming.
Weasel words? I thought a GJ either indicted or not, yes or no. No such thing as hung juries with a GJ?

why would anyone want to be a member of a grand jury to decide this one way or the other. I don’t think they’ll ever get a decision.

I originally read it as they failed to come to a decision and would deliberate some more.

I have a graduate degree and I am confused. Not sure if the folks on the ground there are going to be better informed.
