The protesters didn't show, the would-be hecklers didn't take the bait, the weeks of headlines about sexual assaults disappeared and Bill Cosby, for 90 minutes at least, regained the revered status he long enjoyed.
The show Friday night in Melbourne, Fla., might have seemed destined for disaster for the comedian, enveloped in growing accusations of rape and sexual assault that have derailed his career comeback and crumbled his tour schedule. What he got, though, was an adoring audience that laughed so hard they slapped their knees, shouted love at the stage and rose to their feet as he came and went.

This is typical when you have a state broadcaster that is so full of leftest journalist and employees, that it is really just another arm of the Liberal/NDP party as apposed to being a true state television broadcaster. Their moderators regularly disable comments negative toward Justin Trudeau and the Liberals and they truly hate Harper and they are unabashed in their obvious bias. They are fun to make fun of though, and they haven't fooled anybody... Even with their visceral hatred of everything Conservative, they are failing badly. Harper has won the past three federal elections and will likely win the next as well.
Cosby is a leftist, not a conservative, a lifelong liberal democrat.
Remember that Cosby is also a racist political commenter that hates republicans.

Unless he had just eaten a bad cup of Jell-O pudding, it would appear that actor and comedian Bill Cosby seems to really, really hate Republicans.
The veteran entertainer made that very clear Monday morning when he claimed that Republicans not applauding President Obama’s State of the Union address in unison with Democrats were “as bad as the people who were against any kind of desegregation.” He also wondered aloud about whether or not Republicans today are upset that slavery is no longer legal.
Cosby made these remarks on the CNN morning show “Starting Point” after soon-to-be-former host Soledad O’Brien referenced how much better things have gotten for those of African ancestry inside the United States since the 1960s civil rights movement.
The famous comedian and longtime Jell-O pitchman rejected her statement.
“I don’t think so,” he said. “Not when you look at the president’s speech recently. To see people sitting down and then they there are others standing and cheering. I don’t think it’s difficult believe. I think that we have people sitting there who are as bad as the people who were against any kind of desegregation.”
Alex, I’ll take “Women sexually assaulted or harassed by Bill Clinton” for $400, please.

It’s a good thing he doesn’t play for the NFL. They would have been screaming for Dr. Huckabee’s and the NFL commissioner’s heads!
It's with some sadness that I watch these claims role in. Some of them are women who are reasonably well established. It's not like they need a big pay day to get by.
In situations like this I'm torn between business as usual, and totally tanking the guy's career until something is actually proven.
You know, if you're making a fabulous living, don't use it for power over others. Use it to give yourself and your family a better life.
What a shame it would be, if instead Bill used it for self-gratification, and dishonored his family in this manner. Tragic for the family... and of course the women if he abused them.

Serial Rapist Bill Clinton often performs for adoring crowds. His enabling wife is running for President, yet there are no headlines calling out the bizarre circumstances. The MSM thinks that stand-up comedy requires more of a moral backbone than working in the White House.

Bill Cosby is no conservative but even if he was doesn’t excuse the reasons why the media have dumped on him recently.. my only problem is of that issue. What to heck took you so long while years of covering for him. Oh, I know you were busy creating an image of a black man good image. I wouldn’t pay a cent to go see him nor Bill Clinton. They both will have to answer for what they have done to many women. Both are a predator / had the power to do these things or Not to do these things.
Liberals can sit there and watch one person be lynched for rape while applauding another guilty of the very same crime - and not notice the double standard at all - simply because they share the same political point of view with the latter.
I do believe he was side by side with Al racist sharpton in the tawana brawley fraud.
Not a lot of public figures get accused of what Cosby is, it looks like he has been routinely assaulting, drugging and raping women for probably the last half century at least.
Its all politics.
This resurfaced just as Cosby was restarting his career and a new sitcom, this is hurting him badly, although he will be paid cancellation penalties and still be worth over 400 million.
