A middle eastern Christian mission organization my husband and I support has just published similar reports in this month’s newsletter. Evangelical churches in Lebanon are telling that they have so many Muslims attend Sunday services and ask to know about Christ, that they are having to look for new facilities. Churches in Jordan are experiencing the same.

Liege University in Belgium.... I lived 14 km from Liege and used to go there on weekends and just walk the city. It is a university city, e.g., with literally 300 plus “university’s”, ranging in attendance for 3-4 students up to a thousand or so. When I read this, I had to laugh. Anyone who teaches can declare themselves a University in Liege if a student is willing to register and pay tuition.

Be careful. Muslims profess Jesus was a prophet but not ‘The Prophet’. Muslims smile and say they believe Jesus conveyed God’s message but was not ‘The Messenger from God’.

Muslims profess that Islam is completely compatible with Christianity and that Christianity is a part of, is included in the Islamic faith.

If you have taken the time in life to develop your reasoning skills and you have a heart that is strong for Christ, then read some of the Islamic preaching on the Internet about Mohammed and about Muslim faith. I did this and in a very short time could see that Islam is a false religion that is very dangerous to all peoples.

I have always wondered how God will go about saving the Muslims.

It will take a miracle.

I see these stories and read down to find out, if numbers are there at all, to find that the “numbers” add up to a small part of 1%, far less than the natural growth-due-too-birth rate, and essentially zero when the immigration rate is included. Every conversion is good because another soul is saved but to think that civilization is making a rebound is fatuous.

I’m a bit confused about your response. I understand completely how Islam is in error about Jesus, God’s trinitarian nature as well as what Christians believe. I suspect all the Christians of the Middle East are even more aware!

Muslims are abandoning their faith in significant numbers across the Middle East and are truly accepting Jesus Christ as the eternal Son of God!

Becoming an agnostic or atheist will not help them. They need the affirming Gospel of Life that is only through Jesus Christ.

How do you know this is happening? Do you believe everything that is told to you?

Be careful.

It takes courage to leave a violent savage movement - because the bearded savages want to kill you. More power to these courageous people.

The churches should make a concerted effort to evangelize this population.

Best news I have heard all day. Let them become part of the west—and they will be welcomed. Such things are happening in Russia I have read—2 million have embraced the othodox Church—even if it means they face reprisals from fellow muslims.

Actually my husband is the treasurer for a sister missionary organization to the one I reported. We are very aware of the need to be careful and do know these sources are to be trusted.

Don’t be so quick to judge others!

Good News about those who are finally hearing the Good News.

Pray for them. They have just moved to the top of the target list for summary decapitation.
