What they should have written is that for every 1,000 born ANOTHER 1,223 were aborted. In other words, more babies are aborted rather than born.

Yes, that’s a way to figure it, and
I like using 1,000 as a starting
figure. That way you can easily
see that 22.3% MORE black babies get
aborted than are allowed to be born.
Or, 123 black babies are killed
in the womb for every 100 that are
allowed to be born. More than DOUBLE.
The black population there would be
doubled without abortion. Policies
create a culture of dependence in which
costs to government increase when the
black population increases. The goal
of these policies is to able to say
that their culture of death saves money.
