The SCOTUS enabled ACA. The Dem and President screamed this was NOT A TAX. Is presented as a TAX after signed into law by the Dems and President.

Known lie was allowed into law already when the SCOTUS declared ACA a tax.

So now what?

We need a President that will dissolved ACA and all the new government employees after a year of vouchers.
If we hold the House and Senate and there is the will it could be pulled I think.

Not a simple Republican senator or Congressman voted in favor of that monstrosity called Obamacare. It must be make perfectly clear that democrat Phd com man Gruber, called stupid not all the American voters, but just the democrat voters that put the “Liar in Chief” in the White House, in spite of his Marxist anti-American back ground, and all the Democrats legislators co-conspirators with the president and the MSM in the greatest deception against the American people in the history of the United States.

This is not the first time Americans have been so described.

At the time of the FDR's "New Deal" - in the first 100 days - Harry Hopkins, to paraphrase, said Americans were to dumb to understand.

Then, as now, the paid media swept "The Hop's" coment under the rug.

We now live with the legacy of the "New Deal", "The Great Society", and the various "Wars on ..." - all dim-0-crat launched programs to buy generations of votes.

Are Americans stupid? Would that be the "Hoi Polloi" Americans?

What is the evidence?

Perhaps eight years of President Obama?

We now have irrefutable evidence that some members and close associates of our federal government are quite willing to deceive (defraud?) the electorate in order to achieve their political goals. They seem to justify their actions as being necessary for the good of the ignorant masses. Perhaps more telling is how society will deal with exposed deceit.

.....Obama is now denying Gruber played a significant role in designing Obamacare: “The fact that an adviser who was never on our staff expressed an opinion that I completely disagree with in terms of the voters is not a reflection on the actual process that was run.”

Obama also evidently believes the WH press pack is also stupid......he could be right....b/c not one reporter asked how such an unimportant adviser as Gruber got into the White House meeting during which the deceptive “Cadillac Tax” was concocted.....w/ Obama present...

=====================================================

LET'S CONNECT THE DOTS---The salient point is this: Gruber acting as an independent researcher is one thing---but Gruber consorting w/ many people in govt figuring out ways to lie in order to dupe the tax-paying public is a CONSPIRACY.

POINTS TO PONDER:

<><> (1) WH sign-in sheets show Gruber went there at least nineteen times.

<><>(2) Gruber, himself, talked about Obama being in the room when the Cadillac tax was invented.

<><> (3) Based on his Obamacare experiences, Gruber took tax dollars from several states to set up Obamacare exchanges....and earned millions of dollars doing so.

<><>(4) Nancy Pelosi is caught on-tape citing Gruber as a reliable source.

<><> (5) Gruber was there when Hillarycare was developed.

<><>(6) Another Gruber confession involved a conspiracy w/ Teddy Kennedy's govt fraud---manipulating Medicare for some $500 million----to secretly finance Romneycare.

<><>(7) A former adviser to then-HHS Secy Kathleen Sebelius told the NYT Gruber was on-board whie the govt was formulating the plan.

<><> (8) According BarackObama.com 2012, President Obama's official website, Jon Gruber "helped write Obamacare....w/ specific quotes from Obama tying Mitt Romney to ObamaCare...saying that "RomneyCare" was the model for Obamacare.

<><> (9) The Congressional Budget Office Effectively Used Gruber’s Model to Score Obamacare.

In sum, the makings of a conpiracy are documented---Gruber had influence over the CBO, the White House, and Congress alike. It's hard to overestimate his importance; Gruber's role was central to the efforts of President Obama and his Democratic allies to shove Obamacare down an unwilling citizenry’s throat.

================================================

I'M SURE VALERIE KNOWS (/SNIX)---Obama is downplaying Gruber's role, claiming he had no part in passing healthcare.

But if Gruber was NOT the Obamacare architect---then Gruber took money under false pretenses and should be prosecuted for govt fraud. He took tax dollars from the feds and state govts "posing" as an expert.

TAXPAYERS DEMAND CONGRESS GET ANSWERS WRT GRUBER'S CASHING-IN ON THE BACKS OF "STUPID" TAXPAYERS

Four U.S. states and the federal government (read taxpayers) have padded Obamacare architect Jonathan Gruber's wallet to the tune of $5.9 million since 2000, including millions connected to his work on the Affordable Care Act.

We need investigations---to see how our tax dollars changed hands---and landed into Gruber's pockets. The disdainful, preening Gruber was paid tax dollars to spin his web of lies...and to reiterate his contempt for taxpayers who are footing the bills.

Even more disturbing is the massive, multi-billion-dollar slush fund the self-serving Gruber hid from "stupid" Americans in Obamacare. Gruber made dam sure it was kept hidden from us stupid taxpayers.

=========================================

The Untraceable $8 Billion ObamaCare PR Budget---truly govt fraud at its finest. Egged on by Pelosi, Democrats slavishly voted for Obamacare by an historic straignt-party line vote. But not one Democrat told Americans about Obamacare's Section 4002---which mandates an $8B untraceable fund to "promote" Obamacare (apparently b/c Boobamba had so little confidence in his signature legislation).

THE PAYOFF--WHO GETS THE MONEY? In 2010 Taxpayers are extorted $500 million, in 2011, $750 million, 2012, $1 billion, 2013, $1.25 billion, 2014, $1.5 billion, and, in 2015 and on, $2 billion

<><> Where is all that money going?

<><> Was cashing-in the incentive in getting the thing passed.

==================================================

Taxpayers demand to know ---- why Gruber/Obama/Pelosi didnt reveal that Obamacare contains a multi-billion dollar slush fund?

Exactly who is cashing in?

The sound of West Wing wire-transfers to offshore banks is almost palpable.

GRUBER AND HEALTHCARE BEGAN WITH HILLARYCARE Gruber was all over the Clinton admin like a cheap suit.

GRUBER CRUNCHED THE NUMBERS FOR CLINTONS' ECONOMIC POLICY BASED ON FREE-FOR-ALL ABORTION

"We had 100 times as many people move from poverty into the middle class," Bill Clinton told an appreciative audience during a cocktail hour hosted by POLITICO, marking the 10th anniversary of the Clinton Presidential Center. "This shows the importance of policy," he continued. "We can do this again.”

OOPS--Clinton plumb "forgot" MIT Professor Jonathan Gruber crunched those numbers for the ever-ambitious Clintons....basing the numbers on the Clintons' knee-bending abortion worship. Read on.

=========================================

World Net Daily reported November 14, 2014
BY Jerome R. Corsi / FR Posted by Cincinatus' Wife

NEW YORK – Obamacare architect, Jonathan Gruber, (exposed for his frank admissions that passing Obama's signature legislation required lying to "stupid" Americans)......published a paper during the Clinton administration observing that legalizing abortion saved the government $14B in assistance to economically disadvantaged mothers, including African Americans.....and lowered crime.

MIT economics professor Jonathan Gruber argued in his Clinton paper that without the 1973 Roe v. Wade decision, “marginal children” would have been born to many poor mothers. Gruber said statistics show these aborted children would have been 70 percent more likely to live in a single-parent family, 40 percent more likely to live in poverty, 50 percent more likely to receive welfare and 35 percent more likely to die as an infant.

Economist Steven D. Levitt and journalist Stephen J. Dubner in their bestselling 2005 book, “Freakonomics,” relied on MIT Professor Jonathan Gruber’s work to argue that legalizing abortion was responsible for an approximately 50 percent reduction of crime in major urban centers in the early 1990s. more at wnd.com

SOURCE Health Reforms May Hurt Uninsured - Study analyzes hospitals in California
THE SAN FRANCISCO CHRONICLE - Saturday, January 30, 1993
Author: Jonathan Marshall, Chronicle Staff Writer

CIRCA 1993---Health care reforms under consideration by the Bill Clinton administration could backfire against uninsured patients, a new study of California hospitals suggests. A move in California in the 1980s to control the upward spiral of medical costs by encouraging price competition produced discounts of nearly 5 percent for paying patients, according to an analysis released by the National Bureau of Economic Research, an academic clearinghouse in Cambridge, Mass.

Price competition is a key element in ``managed competition’’ and ``managed care’’ scenarios being reviewed by a White House task force led by (a very ambitious First Lady) Hillary Clinton.

At the same time, however, the move to competition also slashed the amount of uncompensated care 36 percent from its expected value.

``The bottom line I want to push is that if you lower the price of care, it may . . . not be unambiguously good if it means kicking out the uninsured,’’ said Jonathan Gruber, a Massachusetts Institute of Technology economist who authored the study. (snip) (no link)
