The moment that Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson gunned down Michael Brown, the cry went up for a federal investigation and prosecution of Wilson on civil rights charges. Brown's family and attorney and many civil rights leaders had absolutely no confidence that Wilson would ever be arrested, charged or indicted.
A non-indictment tosses the ball back to the Justice Department. U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder certainly has had a firm and visible handprint all over the Brown killing case. He quickly flooded Ferguson with teams of federal investigators in the aftermath of the killing, ordered an autopsy of Brown and made several high-profile appearances in Ferguson and St. Louis. He's also filed civil rights charges against nearly 400 cops during his tenure. That number far exceeds the number filed during the George W. Bush years. Holder certainly could make the case that Wilson abused his power in killing Brown under the coler of law, and that this violated several key civil rights statutes. This is the linchpin of federal prosecutions of local police officers. This was the rationale that federal prosecutors used in the Rodney King beating case to bring civil rights charges against the four LAPD officers who beat King. The crucial legal point was that they acted in an official capacity when they violated King's rights. But that's still a high bar to prove....

In Hutchison’s black Marxist world, “gunned down” is the term used to describe what a police officer under assault by a black thug, has to do to save his own life.
Now, if the person killed was a white assailant, the term used would be “the cracker cop” had to shot his cracker attacker.
Hutchinson is an old red with very strong ties to the black/Marxist “Black Radical Congress” an organization that was at one time largely dominated by the Communist Party USA.

I don’t care what color Brown was, he deserved to head-butt the pavement for assaulting a police officer.

I’m 6’3” and about 240 lbs. If I punched an officer inside his car and then went for his gun I’d have a high expectation of being shot at some point during the confrontation too... And I’m white... And Duh...
Skin color doesn’t play much of a role for either person involved... A white thug would have been shot and a black police officer would have shot.
Brown committed suicide attacking an armed police officer.

If the Ferguson Fantasy is the best thing they can find to riot about...
If the Whites have not came to the conclusion with all the threats that the Black Panthers and other groups have made against them and the law enforcement turning a blind eye and deaf ear to those making said threats that they are on their on, law enforcement will not protect them, then they are dumber than... well actually there is no word to describe how dumb they are.
Maybe there won’t be riots. Maybe the threats are empty. We’ll see.
