He likely is. Definitely. I think the military said “screw Obama”, and is actively getting the job done. I mean, I’m sure orders are coming down. But they are probably left to commanders discretion.

Eisenhower’s notion of a military industrial complex is not a way out far fetched thing either. The money flows into politicians and the contracts flow out to the defense industry.
